Qualifications

• Must have completed a proactive HOD training programme.
• Must have 1-2 years’ experience within a similar management role.
• Must have around 2-3 years’ experience as a swim instructor or coach.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a comprehensive swim programme.
• Conduct regular marketing and promotion activities of the swim offering.
• Direct people management responsibilities for the swim instructors.
