A leading healthcare provider in South Africa is seeking a Senior Professional Nurse to support the Unit Manager in ensuring safe, quality patient care. This role requires 3 years of nursing experience and involves mentorship for new and student nurses. The candidate should possess a Professional Nurse qualification and a postgraduate diploma for specialist units. Key responsibilities include patient care management, client experience enhancement, and staff competence development.
