A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs and contracts for large-scale high-rise building projects in the city.

• Oversee all cost management and financial aspects of high-rise projects.
• Prepare and manage tender documentation, contracts, and variations.
• Conduct accurate cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and financial requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and valuations.

• BSc or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in senior capacity.
• Proven track record on large high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JBCC, NEC, FIDIC).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
