Qualifications

  • 5 - 6 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Offer recommendations to guests on meal and drink items for special events.
  • Monitor cleanliness of plates, cutlery, and glassware.
  • Control dining areas to ensure appropriate cleanliness.
  • Assist clients with special needs and recognize their requirements.
  • Welcome guests in a friendly manner.
  • Organise menus considering client feedback and seasonality of ingredients.
  • Ensure excellent customer service from all waiters.
  • Process payments including cash and cards.
  • Oversee correct billing procedures after services.
  • Ensure correct table setups including cutlery and glassware.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers for satisfaction.
  • Evaluate customer comments to assess satisfaction.
