The Role: We are looking for a charismatic and technically skilled Barman to lead our counter culture. You are not just a drink-maker; you are an entertainer and a "drink scientist" who can read a room and tailor every guest's experience, whether they are looking for a classic martini or a functional, mocktail.
Digital Proficiency: Competency with modern Point of Sale (POS) systems (e.g., Toast, Square, or Lightspeed) and mobile payment processing.
