Warehouse Assistant jobs in Italy

The ideal candidate should have experience with COO (Certificate of Origin) and FTA (Free Trade Agreement) without using third-party services.

Other required skills include:

• Raw material: coordination with suppliers and purchasing department, minimization of demurrage and detention charges, following up on raw material shortages, and arranging cargo movement.
• Finished goods: planning dispatch calendars, coordination with customers and shipping lines, communication with customers and customs, stock keeping and management, and ensuring smooth documentation.
• Packaging material: tracking packaging supplies, ordering packaging materials, proposing upgrades, and maintaining live inventory accuracy.
• Manpower management: overseeing the packaging team, ensuring targets are met, motivating and disciplining the team, and ensuring workplace safety and health norms.
• Communicating with Production team: ensuring unloading work progresses on schedule, tracking potential delays, and minimizing demurrage.
• Communicating with QC team.
• Continual improvement: proposing, budgeting, and executing improvements to increase efficiency.
• Daily maintenance of dispatch and receipt of goods in the Net suit system.
