Job summary

A leading logistics consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to provide excellent service to internal and external customers. The position offers a salary of up to $2300, with working hours consisting of 5.5 days per week, along with AWS, variable bonus, and overtime pay. The candidate should possess at least an N Level qualification and have one year of related experience. Transport is provided at Jurong East MRT.

Responsibilities

• Provide good service to both internal and external customers.
• Set up and maintain breakbulk files and related documents.
• Communicate with origin offices via email.
• Enter consolidation data into the system accurately.
• Update DO and proforma invoice details in the ETBF system.
• Prepare monthly import/export and delivery status reports.
• Handle CCP documents for customer billing.
