Responsibilities

• Receive and release of inventory, performs packing/unpacking and storing of stock.
• Manage inventory to ensure stocks are cleared properly.
• Maintain stock levels for each item and prepare spare stock.
• Perform monthly stock-take and resolve discrepancies.
• Loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Conduct stock checks and counts.
• Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and release of inventory, performs packing / unpacking and storing of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Manage inventory with appropriate method to ensure that stocks are cleared in the right manner.
• Maintain stock level for each item and prepare spare / stand-by stock, especially for the “fast-moving” stocks
• Perform monthly stock-take and resolve discrepancies with system record (if any).
• Loading and unloading of good and materials
• Stock check and count
• Ad-hoc duties by supervisor
