Job summary

A waste management company based in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Executive to oversee daily collections and deliveries, resolve logistical issues, and conduct training sessions for the logistics fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with procedures and manage team performance effectively. This role requires coordination for vehicle maintenance and acting as a backup for other executives when needed.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of daily collection from customer premises and/or delivery.
• Resolving daily collection and/or delivery issues.
• Tabulate trip allowances such as daily job sheet submission.
• Conduct weekly toolbox and training session for logistics fleet.
• Perform cross training for team members.
• Preparation of documents and coordination in relation to maintenance of vehicles.
• Responsible for team performance and discipline.
• Act as backup for other Logistics Executives during their absence.
• Ensure compliance of documents, e.g. procedures, risk assessments.
