Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily QC inspection reports (Kizeo) to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Manage and update quality documentation, including revising work instructions as needed.
• Adjust department work instructions based on workflow changes or customer requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations, admin, logistics, and QC teams.
• Verify accuracy of QC reports and maintain training/qualification records.
• Support QC inspections when required and handle SAP Y7/Y8 for non-conformance crates.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly QA validation reports.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
