Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join Chubb’s expanding Travel Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a background in account management, digital marketing and/or experience in the travel industry.
This role will cover all areas of partnership management including programme implementation, strategic planning, relationship management, execution of initiatives, partner performance monitoring, and business development. This role will involve collaboration with Chubb’s regional consumer lines, underwriting & digital teams as well as having an emphasis on close working relationships with local counterparts in each of the countries that we serve.
You will directly contribute to the development and growth of key Travel partnerships across APAC. You will build strong and trusted relationships with these partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities to meet joint business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with key partners across APAC considering joint business objectives and revenue opportunities.
- Develop & execute partner-specific marketing plans and strategies.
- Assist in the onboarding of new regional travel insurance partners.
- Partner performance monitoring including preparation of regular reporting and business reviews.
- Engage in appropriate travel to meet with partners to promote Chubb capabilities and value proposition.
- Provide support and guidance on day-to-day business and operational issues. Liaise with internal teams to expedite closure of issues and tracking of open issues.
- Internal KPI measurement & preparation of ad hoc analysis.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Help maintain a repository of presentations, proposals, and other key documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience/background in account management, digital marketing and/or the travel industry.
- Experience in developing and deploying digital strategies.
- Ability to measure and track key performance indicators. Knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI is a plus.
- Understanding of web analytics tools and metrics.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable to manage stakeholders in China and Taiwan.
