Responsibilities

  • Promote relationships with key accounts of the Hotel.
  • Conduct sales calls with at least 25 corporate accounts weekly.
  • Conduct site inspections in the Hotel.

To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Sales Department.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update all accounts and their bookings. Maintain an accurate and updated clients’ database.

  • Ensure that clients’ profiles are recorded and updated in the Property Management System after sales calls/telemarketing.

  • Establish contracts with corporate accounts for continuous business.

  • Promote and nurture good relationships with key accounts of the Hotel and other sources of potential business.

  • Maintain and promote the corporate image.

  • Conduct sales calls with Room Sales Managers or telemarketing with at least 25 corporate accounts each week.

  • Establish the clients’ preferences and adapts/customizes group packages accordingly.

  • Entertain clients or prospective clients to solicit business for the hotel.

  • Conduct site inspections in the Hotel.

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.

  • Strong contacts within the hospitality, tourism and corporate sectors.

  • Driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • An excellent team player who is able to work under pressure and possess high level of integrity and respect for others.

  • Able to commence work within short notice would be advantageous.
