Job Summary

We are seeking a self‑driven Senior Manager/Manager to join our projects team. This role is responsible for leading procurement, contract management and compliance for construction projects, including tendering, vendor evaluation and contract execution. You will be partnering closely with internal project teams and external consultants to establish SOPs, ensure policy compliance, manage risks and deliver cost‑effective, timely project outcomes. You'll play a key role in driving process improvements while supporting strategic business objectives through strong negotiation and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on procurement, contracts and compliance functions of project management
  • Understand and work closely with Projects team, the assigned business units and external consultants from pre and post award construction management
  • Provide procurement strategies including shortlisting suitable vendors, administering of RFQ/RFP submissions and tender conduct, evaluation of tenders as part of award decision including the review of internal approval documents for management's approval
  • Establish Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for construction management that defines relevant process and compliance metrics, while identifying opportunities and improving process efficiency and policy compliance
  • Negotiate, draft, review and provide guidance and clarification on the contract execution processes for consistency, accuracy and time.
  • To achieve yearly KPIs aligned with business objectives for compliance to internal controls, project timelines and cost effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying and contract management preferably in Construction or Engineering environment, with previous experience in Consultancy or Developer background
  • Experience in Design and Build and Traditional Build Contract

  • Self‑starter, resourceful and entrepreneurial independent individual, with strong leadership ability.
  • Strong team player with good problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent and proven negotiation skills, strategic mindset with hands‑on attitude and uncompromised integrity and business ethics
