We are seeking candidates for the following roles:
- Centre Manager
- Admin Assistant
- Sales Coordinator
- Address inquiries via walk-ins, online, phone, and social media platforms
- Oversee center operations and handle administrative tasks
- Manage teacher-related administrative matters
- Schedule and assign teachers to classes
- Ensure resolution of customer issues
- Contribute to strategic decision-making
- Teaching experience is advantageous
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Minimum diploma/degree qualification
- Excellent communication skills with parents and staff
- Capable of working independently
- Proficient in MS Office and Internet usage
- Availability during center operating hours: 1 pm to 9 pm on weekdays, 9am to 7.30pm on weekends
- Centre Manager:Preferably 2-5 years of experience in tuition centers
Highly-qualified individuals from other industries with 2+ years' experience are also encouraged to apply, especially if keen to learn
Experience in strategic planning processes is beneficial - Admin Assistant:Previous experience is preferred
- Sales Coordinator:Must possess a proven track record of relevant experience
