JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum age of 16
  • Responsible, friendly and willing to follow instructions
  • Physically able to help with basic setup and cleanup
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Preferably located near Mountbatten or nearby areas for faster deployment
JOB DETAILS:

  • Welcome and assist guests, clients, and facilitators as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order during and after events
  • Follow a checklist and report missing or damaged items
  • Submit basic event report or feedback to the HAPI SPACE Manager
  • Assist with guest sign-ins, collecting feedback, or light admin tasks when requested
  • Take approved photos or videos for internal documentation and social media use
