Positions Available:

Basic Job Description:
  • Address inquiries via walk-ins, online, phone, and social media platforms
  • Oversee center operations and handle administrative tasks
  • Manage teacher-related administrative matters
  • Schedule and assign teachers to classes
  • Ensure resolution of customer issues
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Teaching experience is advantageous
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma/degree qualification
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and staff
  • Capable of working independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and Internet usage
  • Availability during center operating hours: 1 pm to 9 pm on weekdays, 9am to 7.30pm on weekends
Additional Requirements by Role:
  • Centre Manager:Preferably 2-5 years of experience in tuition centers
    Highly-qualified individuals from other industries with 2+ years' experience are also encouraged to apply, especially if keen to learn
    Experience in strategic planning processes is beneficial
  • Admin Assistant:Previous experience is preferred
  • Sales Coordinator:Must possess a proven track record of relevant experience
