• Oversee full set accounts for Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across all entities.
• Review and analyze product costing reports for manufacturing plants to support strategic pricing and operational decisions.
• Manage policies and prepare documentation between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants for transfer pricing compliance and optimization.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on subsidiary matters, including strategic tax planning to maximize savings.
• Handle filing processes and collaborate with consultants for GST compliance and MES renewal to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
• Oversee the AP function to ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Implement improvements to ERP system to increase work efficiency and optimize financial processes.
• Supervise accounting staff and lead team members' skill and career progression.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision‑making and business planning.
• Travel within Southeast Asia up to 25% of the time to support subsidiary operations and ensure consistent accounting practices.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven management experience with ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative ability with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Ability to travel within Southeast Asia up to 25% of the time.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:15 pm
