Our client, a global private equity firm headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their Finance Team. This role will support the Fund Management entities across Singapore and international markets, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial outcomes.

About the Role
  • Manage accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with reporting, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and monitor liquidity and cashflow.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on statutory filings and reporting matters.
  • Support shareholder reporting, consolidation, and updates in financial systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and ad-hoc finance projects.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related professional qualification (eg. CPA), with at least 5 years of accounting experience in the financial services sector.
  • Independent, resourceful and effective in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in NetSuite and Concur would be a plus.
  • Prior audit experience is an advantage.
