A leading SGX-listed real estate investment trust is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join its finance team in Singapore. This role plays a key part in overseeing financial and management reporting for a portfolio of entities, ensuring timely closings, regulatory compliance, and high-quality financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end monthly and quarterly financial close, including preparation of management reports, variance analysis, cashflow projections, and forecasts. The role will also be involved in annual budgeting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance matters, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties such as auditors, tax agents, trustees, and service providers.
This position offers exposure to a dynamic REIT environment with opportunities to work on SGX/MAS reporting requirements, portfolio-level financial analysis, and ad-hoc finance projects within a collaborative and fast-paced team.
