Audio Visual Sales Manager
Job summary
A leading audio visual solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing strategic relationships in the enterprise market. The role involves creating specific sales strategies, managing customer relationships, collaborating with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams, and leading a sales team. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Engineering and have at least 2 years of sales experience in the AV industry, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the Audio Visual Industry.
- Must possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in account management is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute vertical specific sales strategies.
- Own customer relationships from prospecting to project award.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Engineering to design tailored solutions.
- Manage and track all opportunities in CRM.
- Ensure proper project handover and customer follow-up post-sale.
- Grow and manage a sales team.
Skills
Education
- To lead the growth of Spectrum's AV business by developing startegic relationships and delivering solutions tailored to the needs of Enterprise market.
- Develop and execute vertical specific sales strategies
- Own customer relationships from prospecting to project award.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales adn Engineering to design tailored solutions.
- Manage and track all opportunities in CRM with regular updates
- Ensure propre project handover and customer follow up post-sale.
- Gow adn manage a sales team.
- Possess at least a Diploma Engineering (Audio, Electronics, ICT, etc)
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in a Audio Visual Industry
- Strong Negotiation, presentation and account management skills
