Job description

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to launch, manage, and grow our online retail channels across Lazada, Shopee, and our company webstore. The role includes daily operations, product uploads, digital merchandising, customer service, and basic performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Setup & Management
  • Set up and manage PPE Distribution’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee.

  • Upload product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, shipping settings, and promotions.

  • Ensure listings comply with platform policies and category guidelines.

  • Monitor seller ratings, chat response time, order defect rates, and performance KPIs.

Webstore Management
  • Maintain and update products on the company’s e-commerce website.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate stock levels, pricing, and product information.

Sales & Marketing
  • Plan and execute marketing activities: flash sales, vouchers, Mega Campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).

  • Coordinate paid ads (Lazada Sponsored Ads / Shopee Ads) within given budgets.

  • Analyse product performance and suggest actions to improve sales.

Operations & Customer Support
  • Process orders daily, coordinate with warehouse for packing and dispatch.

  • Handle customer enquiries, returns, and feedback professionally.

  • Monitor inventory levels and product sell-through rates.

Reporting & Growth
  • Track weekly and monthly sales performance, traffic, conversion and costs.

  • Propose strategies to increase revenue, improve listings, and launch new products.

  • Prepare Year-1 and Year-2 growth plans with clear KPI progression.
