About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and referral partnerships.
  • Conduct compelling space tours and tailored presentations that highlight amenities and community benefits.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to both new and existing members to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term loyalty.
  • Leverage sales metrics and market intelligence to refine strategies and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients, implement feedback, and drive process improvements to elevate satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team through on-job training, skill development, and performance tracking using KPIs such as conversion rates and space utilization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience within the co‑working space industry, ideally with their current employer.
