Job summary

A recruitment agency located in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive for exhibitions. The candidate will be responsible for securing new exhibitors and partners, advising clients on optimizing exhibition ROI, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams. A Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields and 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development are required. Competitive salary between SGD 3000 - 4500 offered, along with a supportive work environment.

Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm | $3000 - $4500

Working Location: Sims Drive

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
