Job summary
A leading marine solutions firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to drive sales of marine engine products. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and prepare technical presentations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of sales experience are required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, alongside a strong understanding of the Singapore maritime market, are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marine engine sales or marine equipment sales in Singapore.
- Strong network and understanding of the Singapore maritime market.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for marine engine products in Singapore.
- Manage and grow key accounts including shipowners and marine engineering firms.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships within the marine sector.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for marine engine products and services within Singapore.
- Manage and grow key accounts including shipowners, shipyards, and marine engineering firms.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the Singapore marine sector.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical, service, and product teams to provide customized solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in Singapore.
- Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marine engine sales or marine equipment sales in Singapore.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong network and understanding of the Singapore maritime market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
