The Role

We are seeking a high‑performing and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a critical role responsible for driving significant revenue growth for our flagship Smart Facilities Technology product, Sniper.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in enterprise solution sales, with the ambition to take a market‑leading, unified software platform to the largest facilities and enterprises in Singapore and the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Spearhead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for the Smart Facilities Technology portfolio, focusing on securing new, large‑scale contracts with enterprise clients across our key industries.
  • Strategic Positioning: Act as a subject matter expert on Sniper, an all‑in‑one, unified platform that integrates fire safety, security, and building management, demonstrating its value in reducing operational costs, improving compliance, and enhancing emergency response.
  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify, qualify, and close complex deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C‑level executives, Facilities Managers, and Technical Directors within target organizations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Kingfire technical and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful implementation for clients.
  • Regional Growth: Leverage opportunities for regional business development and travel to support strategic growth initiatives.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management role, specifically selling complex B2B solutions or enterprise software.
  • Market Insight: A strong understanding of the Facilities Management, Fire Safety, or Security Technology landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Self‑Starter: A proactive, autonomous, and professional approach to managing a demanding sales pipeline.
  • Eligibility: This position is only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, and candidates must be based in Singapore.
