Sales & Business Development Executive
Job summary
A beauty and wellness company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to develop business in beauty spa and aromatherapy. The ideal candidate has a diploma in marketing and experience in skincare or beauty. Responsibilities include generating new sales and building client relationships while participating in exhibitions. - Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or aromatherapy with proven sales records will be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business on beauty spa and aromatherapy.
- Generate new sales opportunities and build relationships with new clients.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base.
- Organize meetings, identify, develop, and follow-up on sales leads.

- Market research and set up sales channels to forecast
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
- Liaise with events organizer for sales events, exhibition, corporate events, wedding & other opportunities
- Aim to achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing new business and managing existing customers
- Organize meetings, identify, develop and follow-up on sales leads and prospects
- Able to manage & work with operation & logistics team
- Analyze Monthly Performance Report to implement effective sales strategies for the team to achieve the targets
- Minimum diploma in marketing or other related qualifications
- Experience in skincare / beauty / wellness / aromatherapy with proven sales records will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to clients
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Participates exhibition experience will be advantageous
