Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-to-one consultations with potential clients.
  • Actively create sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sign-ups.
  • Identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable immigration service packages.
  • Present our services clearly and confidently, ensuring clients understand our value and process.
  • Follow up promptly with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and meetings to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal document & processing teams to ensure smooth service after closing.
