Our Client is in the IT component trading/distribution line.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls/coldcalls to assigned customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales channels, customers, and internal departments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to meet both sales and customer objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed profiles of target accounts.
  • Establish and nurture strong industry relationships.
  • Travel locally and overseas to engage with key customers when required.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyse customer and competitor insights to support business decisions.
  • Recommend suitable alternative products or brands for end-of-life (EOL) components.
Accountabilities
  • Meet periodic targets for customer acquisition.
  • Achieve sales revenue goals within the assigned timeframes.
  • Accomplish activity-based sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers.
Job Requirements
  • People‑oriented, confident in communication, and able to present ideas persuasively.
  • Candidates with relevant sales experience are preferred. Candidates who may not have direct experience but possess a goal‑driven attitude, willingness to learn from challenges, and determination to improve are welcomed to apply.
