About the role

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Woodlands / Pasir Ris / Bedok / Novena & Other Region. This full-time position requires strong technical expertise and excellent supervisory skills to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with the project team to coordinate all on‑site activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of construction teams on‑site
2. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing timely solutions
3. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with BCA, relevant building codes / regulations, and company policies
4. Oversee quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards
5. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve any concerns
6. Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and documentation related to project activities
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team
8. Report non‑conformance site activities to QP / RE

What we’re looking for

1. At least 3 years of experience as a RTO in the construction industry in HDB / LTA prioritized
2. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
3. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to handle complex on‑site situations
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
5. Proficient in project management, quality control, and health and safety procedures
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholder
7. A relevant engineering or construction‑related degree / diploma / NCSS
8. IES Registered certificate is compulsory
9. Fresh RTO are welcomed to apply
