Job summary

A construction consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for a Resident Technical Officer with at least 5 years of site supervision experience, including expertise in pipe jacking works and architectural elements. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and be conversant in contract administration and quality control procedures. The position is contract-based for 12 months, with a preference for Singapore citizens or SPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
• Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from tertiary institutions subject to Authority's Representative's Approval;
• Resident Technical Officer/site supervisors must be accepted by BCA under the Building Control Act; Resident Technical Officer/site supervisors shall possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) and possess minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES;
• Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, including experience in supervision of pipe jacking works, building works and architectural elements and finishing works.
• Shall be conversant with contract administration, statutory requirements for site supervisors, quality control procedures, and submission of progress reports.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work if requested;
• Preferably Singapore citizen or SPR;
• Contract duration: 12 months.
