Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To assist carrying out regular supervision of structural, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works in respect of projects/s under your charge.
• To ensure that all structure, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-law and contract specifications.
• To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness.
• To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers.
• To submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis.
• Maintain consistency in the inspection.
• Highlight potential impact to quality defects.
• Ensure that building contractor embrace good construction practise to achieve good workmanship

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore, preferably of Architectural trade.
• Diploma in Building or Architectural
• Good interpersonal skills
• Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works
