Qualifications

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES is a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project for updates and reports.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co‑ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical site supervision experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
