Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with designs and specifications while conducting inspections and attending relevant meetings. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure and be registered RTO accredited. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works / Or infrastructure/road/viaduct.
• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works.
• Conduct in-progress inspections and identify non-conformity.
• Attend site, coordination, quality meetings.
• Witness all inspection and testing sessions for compliance.

Job Description

• To supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
• To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and report to the Qualified Person
• To attend site, coordination, quality meetings
• Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works & /Or infrastructure/road/viaduct
• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Preferred applicants with Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
