Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a full-time RTO to supervise M&E construction works. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role on similar civil contracts. Compliance with BCA regulations and RTO registration with IES/ACES is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a RTO.
- At least 2 years in supervision of similar civil contracts.
- Registered RTO with IES/ACES.
Responsibilities
- Carry out full-time supervision of construction works.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assume other duties assigned by the S.O.

- To carry out full-time supervision of construction (M&E) works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
- To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Assume any other duties in connection with the project assigned by the S.O.
- Supervise M&E works in compliance with contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of relavant experience as a RTO of which atleast 2 years shall be in the supervision of works similiar in nature to worked in the civil contracts.
- Registered RTO with IES/ACES
