The ideal candidate should have a diploma or trade certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in local commercial/mixed development projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM is preferred, along with thorough knowledge of local regulations for installations. This position will involve diligent site inspections to ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Required for site supervision of mechanical & electrical works for mixed development.
• Possess a Diploma issued by a local polytechnic or Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the ITE or BCA and preferably registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in building services in the supervision of mechanical & electrical installations for local commercial/mixed development.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for mechanical & electrical installations (or services) related to building projects.
• Diligent in walking the site to check for non-conformity and bad installation practices.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM preferred.
