A well-established food ingredients manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities in ensuring the efficient and safe flow of goods. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years’ supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics operations with strong leadership and communication skills. MS Office proficiency is required, and SAP experience is a plus.

Their Singapore office serves as a key operational hub, supporting warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities for customers across multiple markets. The company is known for its stable work environment, long industry heritage, and commitment to quality and food safety.
Reporting to Managing Director, you will lead the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team to ensure efficient, safe, and timely flow of goods. You will oversee receiving and inspection of shipments, manage inventory using FIFO/FEFO, ensure proper storage and space utilisation, and maintain overall warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
