Job description

Your missions

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery as Study Lead, overseeing program governance, steering committees, planning, and budgeting
  • Drive the front-to-back study, including target architecture definition, study governance, gap analysis, and production of business requirements documents
  • Provide strong functional expertise in Front to Back to Finance processes, including trade processing and back-office functions (booking systems, documentation, settlement, accounting, risk & PNL, reconciliation, regulatory reporting)
  • Act as Migration Study Lead and Testing Lead, defining testing and migration strategies and plans
  • Run program governance, identifying streams and organizing regular operational and steering committees
  • Perform IT project lifecycle processes, including IT validation committee and other required approvals
  • Coordinate and secure necessary approvals from compliance, legal, and outsourcing process validation teams
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery

Your profile

  • Graduated from a Master's degree
  • Previous experience (5-6 years) in business analysis, project management, or finance transformation within a corporate environment or consulting firm
  • Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end projects, including governance, migration, and testing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and inter-relational skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and French is required
  • Experience with generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity (if relevant)
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
