Singapore - Based Client
You will join JLL's Work Dynamics team in the Asia-Pacific region, a high-performing organization dedicated to delivering integrated, multi-disciplinary real estate services across complex global portfolios. Our team manages office, lab, and manufacturing facilities spanning multiple countries, providing everything from facilities management and project delivery to strategic portfolio planning and workplace transformation. As part of a collaborative, agile culture that operates as "One Team," you'll work alongside talented professionals who are passionate about exceeding client expectations while driving meaningful business growth across the region.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape the strategic direction of our account while building and leading high‑performing teams across multiple disciplines and geographies. You'll serve as the primary architect of a highly collaborative relationship model, translating complex business needs into innovative service delivery models that drive both client success and JLL's growth objectives.
This position demands someone who can navigate ambiguous, multi‑faceted challenges while influencing senior stakeholders across cultures and markets to achieve exceptional results.
