About the Team

You will join JLL's Work Dynamics team in the Asia-Pacific region, a high-performing organization dedicated to delivering integrated, multi-disciplinary real estate services across complex global portfolios. Our team manages office, lab, and manufacturing facilities spanning multiple countries, providing everything from facilities management and project delivery to strategic portfolio planning and workplace transformation. The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape the strategic direction of our account while building and leading high‑performing teams across multiple disciplines and geographies. You'll serve as the primary architect of a highly collaborative relationship model, translating complex business needs into innovative service delivery models that drive both client success and JLL's growth objectives.

This position demands someone who can navigate ambiguous, multi‑faceted challenges while influencing senior stakeholders across cultures and markets to achieve exceptional results. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for service delivery and escalation, managing complex stakeholder relationships and building trust‑based partnerships with senior client leadership across the region. Leverage a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business sensitivities, championing a collaborative, partnership‑driven approach for both the team and stakeholders.

Proactively position our team as strategic partners, fostering mutual credibility and shared objectives. What You’ll Do
  • Drive strategic account leadership by developing and implementing comprehensive regional account plans that align client’s business drivers with JLL's service excellence, ensuring contractual obligations are exceeded while building sustainable long‑term partnerships.
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams across multiple countries and disciplines, providing coaching‑focused leadership that attracts top talent, drives inclusion initiatives, and creates an agile culture where team members thrive and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships serving as the single point of contact for service delivery and escalation, building trust‑based partnerships with senior client leadership while navigating cultural nuances and business sensitivities across the APJ region.
  • Deliver financial performance and growth by achieving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence targets while identifying cross‑selling opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring efficient collection processes across the regional portfolio.
  • Solve complex operational challenges by implementing best practices, driving regional consistency in reporting and procedures, conducting quarterly business reviews, and proactively managing contract performance indicators to avoid penalties while maximizing client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive real estate expertise with 10+ years of demonstrated success in facilities account management, combined with deep understanding of transaction management, project delivery, strategic portfolio planning, lease administration, and workplace strategy across multiple markets.
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex account structures across multiple teams, disciplines, and countries, with a track record of building and coaching high‑performing organizations while driving inclusion and talent development initiatives.
  • Strategic business acumen including experience balancing client interests with firm objectives, translating client needs into business growth opportunities, and navigating complex contract negotiations and change management processes in multicultural environments.
  • Advanced relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to build trust‑based partnerships with C‑level executives, influence senior stakeholders across cultures, and serve as an escalation point for sensitive client and firm matters requiring diplomatic resolution.
  • Financial and operational excellence including experience achieving revenue and profitability targets, managing complex budgeting and forecasting processes, implementing performance measurement systems, and driving operational consistency across diverse geographic markets.
  • Problem‑solving expertise in resolving ambiguous, high‑stakes challenges that span multiple business functions, with the analytical capability to identify issues before they become problems and implement innovative solutions that benefit both clients and the firm.
