Supplier Quality Manager

Reports to: Corporate Quality Manager, Global SQM & Quality Director

Overall Job Objectives

To lead and coordinate global supplier quality management programs by driving the below:

  • Support the execution of global supplier quality initiatives and programs.
  • Drive process improvements across change management, documentation, and compliance systems.
  • Enhance supplier engagement through portal management, training, and communication.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making through reporting and automation tools.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support for supplier quality operations and global meetings.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or program coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP (preferred).
  • Strong team player who can negotiate through ambiguity.
  • Experience with supplier portals, documentation systems, and audit processes is a plus.
  • Preferably certified in VDA6.3/ ISO9001/ IATF16949 to support in audits.
