Job summary
A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Associate to manage full set of accounts and assist with month-end closing tasks. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with XERO will be advantageous. This role offers an opportunity to grow within the finance team.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with XERO is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL and Bank Reconciliation).
- Assist with month-end closing and basic journal entries.
- Prepare and issue intercompany billings.
Skills
Education
- Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL and Bank Reconciliation)
- Assist with month end closing, basic journal entries and maintain accounting schedules.
- Assist in Account Payable or Account Receivable processing, data entry and filing.
- Prepare and issue intercompany billings.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred
- Familiar XERO will be added advantage
