Monigiri Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Account cum Admin Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is located in the Upper Paya Lebar North‑East Region and will play a crucial role in managing the day‑to‑day accounting and administrative functions of our company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review
  • Handling bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and other accounting‑related tasks
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with HR‑related tasks
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Continuously improving accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in a small‑to‑medium‑sized business
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑oriented approach
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to translate between the two languages
