Job Summary

Manage procurement and inventory operations to ensure seamless supply chain continuity and cost efficiency, collaborating across teams and negotiating with suppliers to support business growth and operational excellence.


Responsibilities


  • Lead procurement activities for provisions, materials, and supplies aligned with company standards to meet operational demands

  • Monitor inventory levels continuously to maintain optimal stock and prevent disruptions in operations

  • Collaborate with internal departments and purchasing teams to assess and fulfill supply requirements effectively

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, reliable delivery schedules, and adherence to quality standards

  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately while maintaining comprehensive records to ensure compliance with company policies

  • Analyze inventory reports to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that reduce costs and enhance operational performance

  • Identify inventory-related risks proactively and develop solutions to mitigate potential impacts on supply chain continuity

  • Support management by providing data-driven insights for planning, forecasting, and continuous process improvements
