Job Scope:

Logistics Assistant

• Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Perform stock checks and update inventory records.

Logistic Coordinator

• Manage and update inventory records in the system.

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments.

• Prepare and process documentation for orders and shipments.

• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and other departments.

• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software to track orders, stock levels, and logistics.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with warehouse or related experience are welcome to apply

• Possess valid Heavy Forklift OR Forklift license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word will be advantageous for candidates applying for the Logistics Coordinator position
