- Formulate sourcing strategies that align with production schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery.
- Lead the procurement team in executing daily purchasing activities including issuing POs, tracking orders, and managing inventory levels.
- Analyze purchasing trends, cost drivers, and market conditions to identify opportunities for savings and value creation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with production, planning, quality, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Min 8 - 10 years of procurement experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry
