Our client is an offshore logistics solution company with a solid footprint in the Asian market. As part of their rapid expansion, they are looking to hire a Tender & Procurement Manager to join their Singapore office.

About the job

• Plan, develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Source and price quotations, and confirm supplier selection with the reporting boss.
• Oversee the supplier evaluation process, focusing on key performance areas such as fuel quality, quantity, and operational reliability.
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain comprehensive documentation of all activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure global price lists, supplier records and contract terms are accurately maintained.
• Monitor procurement performance KPIs.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree in engineering / supply chain or related
• Willing to work in the west of Singapore (Boon Lay / Pioneer / Tuas)
• Min 8 years of experience in offshore logistic environment will be a plus
• Experience in tender, price comparison & markup optimization
