Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an individual for inventory management duties, requiring at least 1 year of related experience. Responsibilities include receiving goods, updating databases, and ensuring accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused. This position is located at 37 Loyang Way, offering a dynamic working environment where initiative is encouraged.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
- Positive attitude and initiative.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Receive goods and update inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Inspect products upon delivery for quality.
Skills
- Received goods with inventory
- Update PCOM databases with order details
- Check stock inventory; liaise with the account
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Prepare Supplier invoice do PO, and e-sign to account
- Issue parts require to workshop mechanics
- Update all purchase invoice in PCOM
- Upkeep of stock inventory/Check stock inventory
- Inspecting purchased product parts to ensure they arrive in good condition upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Updating all records of purchased products into PCOM
- Monitor tire and battery usage on vehicles and mileage done.
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
