• Oversee the full range of procurement activities.


• Identify, assess, and establish strong relationships with potential suppliers and vendors.


• Negotiate key commercial terms such as pricing, payment schedules, and delivery timelines with suppliers/vendors. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.


• Assist in the procurement process, generating, validating, and updating Purchase Orders in alignment with project requirements.


• Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services for purchase.


• Enter and maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tools.


• Source, onboard, and engage new suppliers as needed, ensuring compliance with proper procedures and documentation.


• Ensure that all supplier contracts are current and maintain organized records of all related documentation.


• Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).


• Provide assistance with office IT coordination, including troubleshooting, managing PC hardware and software assets, and email setup in collaboration with external technical support.


• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or procurement manager.
