Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance in office facilities management. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, safety compliance, and security system management. Successful applicants will need to manage contracts and office reconfigurations while preparing executive-level reports for local and global stakeholders.   • Oversee the daily running of office facilities, including furniture setups, relocations, HVAC coordination, and managing external vendors.
  • Work with building management on repairs, maintenance tasks, and workspace improvement projects.
  • Maintain Health & Safety compliance, update emergency response plans, and ensure a safe environment for all staff.
  • Establish procedures for building maintenance and the upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and equipment, while supporting cross-location operational coverage.
  • Manage physical security systems, protocols, and monitoring tools to protect employees, visitors, and confidential data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and building security to ensure smooth security operations.
  • Review and manage contracts for facilities and security services, ensuring cost‑effective and consistent service levels.
  • Oversee furniture inventory, conduct periodic audits, and handle purchase orders, scopes of work, and bid requests.
  • Lead office moves and space reconfiguration projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Support lease tracking and renewal processes and coordinate with real estate partners on planning and design work.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and budget estimates for new office setups or lease extensions.
  • Collect and submit monthly environmental and sustainability data for regional offices to global stakeholders.
