A leading service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries via various communication channels. The role includes coordinating operations, maintaining databases, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position is suitable for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
Address customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up until issues are resolved.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Record all incoming enquiries accurately, including caller details (name, company, position, contact information) for follow-up by the Business Development team.
Oversee and coordinate collection schedules, purchase orders, and related operational activities.
Prepare and manage administrative tasks such as customer billing, issuing service engagement forms (SEF/eSEF), compliance documentation, and monthly customer reports.
Support the Customer Service Manager in driving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and suggesting process enhancements.
Maintain and update the customer and prospect database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Liaise closely with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Billing, and Site Operations) to ensure timely and accurate waste collection and service fulfillment.
