A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory and logistics, and supporting engineering tasks. Candidates should have a diploma in logistics or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines.
Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory records, audits, stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery orders while coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.
Logistics & Shipments: Track and inspect shipments and deliveries, coordinate with logistics partners, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment.
Project & Technical Support: Support project inventory needs, assist engineers with maintenance or technical tasks, and coordinate materials or parts sourcing when required.
Tenancy & Site Management: Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, update lease records, coordinate site access, and liaise with property management or building owners.
Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage faulty equipment returns (RMA), warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize downtime.
Administration & Reporting: Handle filing, reporting, scheduling, correspondence, and other admin tasks to support smooth business operations.
